Does anyone know where I can get a cam like this with motion detection and Night Vision for a reasonably cheap price

My solution would be to stick a cheap PIR halogen light up next to the camera, which would switch on the bright light when it detected movement, so your camera would be able to see what was going on

But not so good for making 'home videos'.

Hahaha I always tend to stay clear of wireless, much rather have wired any time...

Not truly wire-free, as the camera needs a power supply :rolleyes: , but a good price for colour.

Just got one of these from Lidl and had a good look at it. It is solid construction and looks very well built, it broadcasts pictures (wirelessly) in colour and sound too!!

All for £39.99 a bargain to me

Bought a couple yesterday from Lidl in Caerphilly. They had loads more left. I tried the Merthyr Tydfil branch earlier in the day and they had already sold out!

I prefer the ones from X10 - especially the ones with the robotic mount - but they are outside of my budget at the moment.

I used to have nice PIR-style wired cameras but the "nice" people who fitted my new PVCu door/windows damaged the cables between the inside and outside of the house. :mad:
