Hi All.
Downloaded and read throght the forms...I must say. they are not THAT bad.
However, I do have a question. I was the director of an advertising company up until the end of my maternity leave (may 2007) and resigned June 2007.
The company went into liquadation in September 2007.( I have the details of OR) but I do not have any paper work from the business. Will the OR want to see it (if so) can they get it without my help, I have no idea what has happened to anything since I left.
Thanks

Hi
The OR has the powers to get whatever he feels he needs. So i am told he can even get 6 years of your bank satements! So don't worry just explain things and all should be fine.DalipFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

A limited company is a seperate legal entity so they will not require any of the ltd company paperwork.
The only thing they may ask for is documentary proof of any directors loans you made to/ had from the company, and proof of your earnings from the company. These could be proven by accounts they can download from co's house (if the company filed accounts) or by your bank statements/ chequebooks/ wage slips.0 -
Thats all great, Just worried about supplying the info, if they can get it thats fine
Thanks again, another question off my list!!!
