    Yes they should as the form asks for which country. If it was US restricted offer the option wouldn't even be there only which state. Let's hope we all get something!!

    These products are supposed to be fab. My hairdresser swears by them but they are pretty expensive so I don't buy them but thanks to OP I will hopefully be able to try for free!
