    Definitely the Abbey deal then based on the info you have posted.

    There may well be other deals out there, but the problem is, will you be eligible for them?

    The Abbey deal is pretty good in that the arrangement fee is still reasonable although they do still have the £225 account fee payable

    The deal is with Abbey.

    We have 10% deposit. we have never been in debt This mortgage will be our only debt. We a joint income of over £50,000, both in full employment (professionals) and are both under 25.

    Which other deal may we be eligible for?

    No one can really say based on the brief information above - it would take a lot more time to discuss your current situation and your mortgage needs/requirements.

    You do not state what mortgage amount you are looking for

    Like I said, there may well be better deals, but you would need to compare against the deal you have to make sure you choose the most cost effective one based on benefits you need from the mortgage and the lending criteria of the various banks
