At the time of BR I shall be (virtually) homeless (certainly) jobless and (practically) potless, hopefully after BR date I shall be (legally) debtless, having no job/income/benefits id guess im unlikely to get a IPA, but what happens to any assets which come my after going BR?
a colleague has asked if id work WITH him in a venture (his cash, his risk) which could see me as his business partner and i dont want his assets liable to seizure due to my going BR, income will be small for 2 or 3 years, if i get a BRU couild i get a IPA after discharge?

Max the thing i know is an IPA can not be put into effect once you have been dischrged at 12mths. A BRU/BRO just prolongs the restrictions of bc like taking out credit of less than £500 and not working in certain professions. As far as i can see you have nothing to worry about.
