Self employed question

Oh No its me again sorry!!
My OH is self employed and is going BR same day as me FRI
His debts are nothing to do with his self employment, however he does have one 'business debt' - should he include this or would it be easier to keep the BR for personal debt and just pay the business debt (it is small - under £100)?
Sorry for all the questions......
Have just phoned the court and they said we have to take 3 copies of the forms, so that's 90 pages each, which will take half a day on my printer/scanner thing, but No Way am I going to Print-Kwik for them to do it!!

As far as i know your oh has to list all debts as at date of bc. If he pays it now or later it may be seen as favouring(sp) a creditor. As i know very little about self employment don't take this as gospel.
When i did my SOA i printed off 4 copies. I for a rough copy to try first then 3 for court. At that time i was not aware of the on-line service so did it all by hand. What a wally:oFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau
