I have my OR interview next Monday (EEEEEK!!!!). I am filling the forms in now to post today. Re: the inland revenue form, I work for a sole trader but our accounts/payroll are dealt with by the accountants. Should I put the accountants address here? I really don't want this form going to my boss.

Hi
May be wrong here but that form does not go to your employer. It (as far as i know)is for you to give consent for the OR to contact the HMRC for tax purposes. I just put my bosses address. They were never contacted and although i had a letter from HMRC in jan to say NIL tax code was being applied, by the time i left my employer 3 wks ago they had still not heard from the tax office.Free impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Oh thank you Dalip, I was so worried as my boss has been so good to me, I'd hate to have him know0

As dalip says, that won't go to your employer.
