    I regularly use Asda but just lately my order is late by about 40 minutes.

    I've sent emails all three times this has happened and each time received some form of discount. Its well worth complaining!

    I`ve got an Asda cs voucher for a fiver to compensate for a late delivery but the checkout online won`t accept it with a free delivery code.
    Has anyone been able to use both together?

    No, disappointingly you can't use the CS vouchers in conjunction with any of the free delivery e-vouchers... so as compensation goes it isn't that great, is it?

    I took part in an ASDA survey. They wanted to "float" the idea of charging more for a one hour delivery slot. I don't really see this working when some stores can't even manage to operate effectively within a two hour delivery slot. Incidentally, they also wanted reaction to the idea of free delivery for an 8 hour delivery slot. Would this mean that when they stuff it up your shopping would arrive the following day??? TD.

    Thanks for the info Trolleydash,
    i only ever order when i can get a free delivery code so like you said it means that waiting for over 4 hours for my delivery i gained a big fat zero i lost half an hours pay at work too as i was late so if it`s late again and i need to go out i`ll just go and sod the delivery.
    Something that i`m loathe to do but we live and learn.
