CCCS budget different to formal SOA

Hi,
When filling in my budget with CCCS they would only allow me to put a maximum for certain things (ie £55 clothes; £35 emergencies etc) even when I wanted to put a bit more. Even when I put in their maximum which is less than I spend/budget for on certain things, they recommended bankruptcy.
Also they don't allow you to put holidays as far as I could tell...
However, when filling in my SOA on my bankruptcy forms, will it matter if the figures are slightly different ie a bit higher, as I understand the Judge/OR may want to look at info from CCCS?
Hope this makes sense...

Jane, the figures we put on our I&E were quite different from the ones that Payplan had given/recommended when we were doing our DMP and no-one asked to see the paperwork from them.......... good job really, because we didn't have any!
I shouldn't worry about it
The allowances in BR are slightly more generous than those in a DMP or IVA. You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

The allowances in bc are higher as the last thing they want is for you to slip back into debt. They also want you to have areasonable life style. Whereas with a DMP or IVA you are trying to pay as much back to your creditor as you can in the shortest time possible. Hope that helps.DalipFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

When i took my own compiled IandE (with help from guys on here) to the CAB i was told that they would not have allowed about half of the things on there. I said i wanted to put them anyway and everything i put was allowed leaving a £50 per month IPA
