Salary sacrifice Pension Schemes - Refund Of Contributions

Hi

I was made redundant from my employers last year. Whilst working for them I was in a salary sacrifice pension scheme for just under a year.

I know that under final salary schemes it is possible to get a refund of contributions if you have been in the scheme for under 2 years.

Does anyone know if this is also possible for salary sacrifice schemes?

Probably not - as salary sacrifice normal classes as an employer contribution which are not refundable. You can always try asking the administrator of the scheme to confirm this.
