Has anyone got the old cataloge?

Hope someone can help me out, We bought a microwave from Argos that has since gone wrong and need to return it with no receipt. It is a Sharp R-24ST and isn't in the new cataloge. I have thrown my old one away, and was wondering if it was in the last cataloge and the price? Please help!!!

Thankyou so much! we bought it over a year ago, so didn't want to take it in saying we got it 6-7 months ago if they didn't sell it then! Thats the last book that was out then?

But if they bought it over a year ago, it wouldn't matter either way would it? Unless it has longer than a 1 year guarantee.

Did you keep the box by any chance? Argos code is on the side and it will also say if it has a longer than 1 year guarantee. My OH always keeps the boxes cos everything we buy breaks down!!

depends what they decide in the store, by law you have somethin like 5 years duty of care.

if it stops workin before a reasonable period of time you are entitled to something

Thanks everyone for all your help! I took the microwave in yesterday and not only did they exchange it for the new model, but as it was on special offer they gave me a £5 gift voucher back as well!
