  • Evening all

Still having a mare with the bank, have rung the hotel and they have agreed to charge my debit card £1 and then refund it to release the funds they are holding. Won't hold my breath but keeping everything crossed

Most exciting news today was that I had a no spend day :j Colleague bought me chocolate after I cried so saved me going to get it.

Had a lovely walk with DH and kids when I got back from work, and now heading for an early night. Frustratingly can't log into CC site to make sure there's enough money there for DH for next week and no sign of his expenses, but no point stressing I guess

Cheers for being nice to me today, and I got my second star as well :D
    Night all x

    Hi JB,

Well done on the run and well done on getting your bank charges back:beer: .

I know you're feeling down lately but look how far you've come. And you outrank me now Mrs 2 stars:rolleyes:

Chin up mate, there will be bad days there will be good days but in the long run they will all end up being good days.
  • :hello:

Not much more to report but in a slightly better mood today (colleague will be very relieved me thinks). Checked online banking, money still not cleared but nothing has come out so still within limits. Will check it at close of business and make sure it's still ok then.

Brought my lunch in today and got lots of fruit as well, although I'm sure there is a little bit of chocolate in the bottom of my bag

Thinking I may try and have a run tonight, just a gentle 2 or 3 miles as I'm feeling pretty good this morning and even managed to run up the stairs to work. It's a brilliant stress reliever as well.

Going to sort out a few things now and then when everyone comes in at 9, I look like I've been studious for ages :D
