What would be the best way of borrowing about £30K towards a home extension. We are mortgage free and the house is worth about £430K - would like to keep repayments low as there is a chance of paying it off early in the future. What would be the best type of loan please.
thanks

Secured loan are quicker but rates not as good, why dont you just raise a mortgage. For a ballance that low you need out look for free valuation, free legals and low or no admin fee.0
