I want to research deals where you part buy a home with a company owing a share of it too. The kind of thing that is helping us singletons get on the property ladder? I've known a couple of women at work do it and I think the company eventually gives you the option to buy them out after so many years...

Its shared ownership. I am in Aberdeen/shire and we have a housing association which offer this. Grampain Housing Association. I would check to see if there is a housing association in your area which offer this service:rotfl: l love this site!! :rotfl:0
