Hi, advice would be greatly appreciated, I am currently awaiting a call back from London & Country (tomorrow) but cannot stop thinking about this.
Our Situation - Had offer on house for £137K, Mortgage left £37K, House looking to move into £177K, so would need a mortgage for approx £80K, we are currently on SVR, special deal ended in Jan.
Husband became self employed in November (a Partnership) so only 4 months ago, they have been putting the money earned back into the business so he has only taken earnings for approx £2K since they started, we have a small amount of savings - £3kish and they have money in their business account.
My earnings are only approx £14K (part time).
How would we stand getting a mortgage for this?
Many Thanks
