    Very funny thread this morning....helping cheering me up...got some house viewings today...i am worried if/when they do checks etc...although i have mentioned it to the EA this morning and she said even if Credit rating was
    'shot' - her words the land lord would only want to know i could pay rent or sign longer agreement so fingers crossed on that!

    LMAO (you know what that means now?) ....no not ginger (luckily!) sorry to any ginger people out there reading this...im just that orange orangutang as you said with hairy legs....just getting old now and my head hair has decided to run away and never to be seen again!!!!

    This has cheered me up no end this morning...have a headache i cant shift but this is getting me through it.

    Hi Dalip, unfortunatley not...i havent had the pleasure before the pain this time....not sure why i cant shift it....

    Good luck with viewings Dave...I`ve sent off my refs this morning. I`ll wait & see. My OH cr rating is shot also but trying to convince EA to let in my name only..they`re a stubborn lot!!
