Hello again,
We have some medical documents outlining some aspects of my wife’s medical issues. Should I include copies with the forms that I take to court or should I wait and send them to the OR at a later date?

In the beginning, there was nothing.
The Lord said "Let there be light".
There was still nothing, but you could see it.

Morning BR..
i would think they would be good for the OR for evidence of medical or special dietry needs..i wouldnt think they will be needed for the BR hearing.. This is mainly to go through paperwork etc and wouldnt look at the exact expenditure on items like that just the debts and cretitors etc.
Someone with more experience will be aorund soon to give specific advice that was just me opinion on it..it also may not do any harm to have it with you incase you are asked.
Dave.

Hi,
I wouldn't bother supplying them when you go to court unless you're going through a court (eg the RCJ) where you get to see one of the OR's staff the same day, in which it would make sense to carry them with you so that you can hand them over there & then - make sure they either take copies & return the originals to you while you're there, or give you a receipt if they need to hold onto the originals for longer. If you won't be seeing one of the OR's staff that day, you could put something in the "Extra Information" section to let the OR know that you have the documents & can supply them if required. I have medical problems that I needed taken into account, & I put that on my SOA - in the end the OR didn't ask for the documents, but I think you won't hurt your case by letting them know at the outset that you've got them if they want them.

i put my medical reasons in the "extra info" section as to why i had added costs, my OR didnt even question it, so i'm sure you will be fine,
