How to reduce swelling

Fell over yesterday catching my mouth, now look like leslie ash with a pout trap,:eek: looking for ways to reduce the swelling before back to work, do not want to scare the customers, can't afford the day off.
Any help gratefully received.

The mouth, and face generally can swell up pretty spectacularly. But it also heals pretty quickly too.
This could be constituted as medical advice, and it's important to see a dentist or Dr if you feel anything is damaged.
Cold compresses are pretty effective an reducing/minimising swelling though, but most effective if applied immediately, so it might be a bit late now.How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -
