I went to one of their exhibitions last year at Olympia and I must say it was a great day out, spoke to lots of like minded people, met a few celebs, got a few bags of freebies (pens, mouse mats, hats, t-shirts, cds, magazines etc) and came away with loads of ideas of how to improve my business (im self employed) and I didnt spend a penny.

So if you are like me and you work for yourself, or are looking to start something up in the near future, or in your spare time then this is a really good place to come and learn a few things.

There are free talks with successful business people, guys from the apprentice tv series and the dragons den. Even an appearance by the lovely Caprice!

Chances of networking with other people, maybe getting a few business contacts, there is even a live version of a 'dragons den' type setup, where people can show their inventions to investors, I saw a few of these last time I went and it was quite entertaining and useful!
