New mortgage

My current mortgage deal discount ends beginning of Nov. so I am going to start looking for a new deal.
Currently with Abbey. My mortgage is about 13% of my house value. I have two dreaded endowments :eek: which are due to mature in 2010 and I have an ISA which I have been paying into everymonth for the last few years to meet any shortfall.
Where are the best deals at the moment. Should I try to get Abbey to give me another couple of years discounted?

It will depned on your mortgage size as to whether it is worth to go to a different lender or not.
