Hi all
I just thought that this might interest some of you - My daughter had gel crystals on her bottom after id started using huggies, so I rang the helpline no on the pack to ask if it was safe stuff they used in them etc...it was, but they apologised for it happening and said they'd send some 'compensation' - 3 days later 3 X £6 vouchers off huggies have arrived in the post.
cheers

whats the helpline phone number?0 -
I hope that people arent intentionally trying to rip the company off - If it is a valid complaint and you actually use the product then by all means go ahead - But I dont think this kind of post is helpful - is it this kind of behaviour that makes companies not want to give vouchers to anyone, so we all lose in the long run.
Either compliment the company and be cheeky with a voucher request, or a legitimate complaint only!

Im only saying it might be helpful if it's happened to others. - Not advising anyone to rip off anyone. I didnt expect to be critisised for trying to help.0

I don't think it was you anyone was critising clanger1!

dont think they were having a go at you just pointing out some will take advantage and ruin it for others..clanger1 wrote:Im only saying it might be helpful if it's happened to others. - Not advising anyone to rip off anyone. I agree. When I read this thread it made me think because I have had the same thing happen to my daughter with Huggies but I thought it would be pointless to ring up as loads of people would have done. It was a very useful post though - I will be complaining in future! Thanks ClangerAuntie Savingsgirl 24/9/06 :j0
