    Cheers Fermi,

That answers everthing i needed to know...the line saying ' If the bankrupt was minded to contribute on a voluntary basis' is interesting because not wishing to wash my hands of my debt but if i didnt have to pay anything back after a BR through an IPA then i certainly would not 'VOLUNTARILY' offer...

is that wrong of me?..just my personel observation and opinion.

Yep, i have worked out with my SOA i reckon i'll have around £400 surplus so in top bracket to pay back percentages...

im gonna post my SOA too, TF is looking at one for me already...should i just post mine on here or on a new thread...At present mine is going to include mortgage and Secured loan for BR pertition but i will be looking to rent for around £500 per month so halfing expenditure..

i've just had a thought on things....if i kept house and therefore my expenditure was higher during 1st year of BR therefore if i didnt get an IPA...if i sold after one year (ie after discharge) would i then be liable to an IPA plan??

I'm just working out what is best for me..

Once you are discharged then an IPA cannot be imposed :)
