Sorry to keep you on tender hooks but as Martin says on page 1 of The money Diet "If you've bought this book, why on earth didn't you borrow it from the library instead?".
Well without trying to sound smug, that's exactly what I did.
I first of all checked to see if they (the library) had it in then asked and the librarian said I would have to pay for ordering the book but not if I were to request it. So, as you can guess I requested it. I filled out the appropriate form and kept going back to do this 'till they got it in. Yippee!!
I was a bit peeved when I saw someone else had got it out before me when I found they (the library that is) had got it in at last but couldn't help thinking "Mmm!! Another money saver somewhere in my area."
Well as I've said I don't want to sound smug and those of you who have bought this whether for £7.99 or £2.37, well done. It is worth every penny or should I say Martin Lewis is.
It has to be said this is the best read I have read for a long time and an inspiration.
Can I take this oppertunity also to thank Radio2 & Jeremy Vine for if not for them I would not know about this website. Also Paul, Martins brother. Before I even heard of MSE I read an article by him, in The Readers Digest, who I must say got the ball rolling for me.
Cheers everybody. This has taught me a lot about myself and it has to be said how generous people realy are. I'm a corny so and so aren't I.0 -
