How do I get the creases out of my veil?

Hi,
I bought my veil from ebay, but it's creased and I'm not sure about the best way to get them out. It has some diamante sparkles on it too.

Or do I need to get one made from thinner material?

Thanks for any advice

No responsibilty for any damage... But... lol.

Last year on holiday I bought a scarf that was a chiffon like material, my travel iron had broken and it was too creased to use. What I did and found worked brilliantly (although did take a while) was to boil the travel kettle with the lid off and just move the creased parts of the scarf over the top taking lots of care not to scald myself!

Steam is the best option. When you run a bath hang it up in there and the steam should make the creases fall out. I bought a veil from eBay too with scattered pearls on it...not sure if I will be wearing it now though but if I do I'll be trying this for the creases!

Steam if how they do it in bridal shops. If you have a steam iron that's the best thing. If not use a cool iron, but place a cotton pillow case or similar on top first.
