Can I spend some cash?

We have some spare money in the bank because we started out IVA proposal in January. The first payment would have been due this week but the IVA was rejected on 20th March. The ‘payment I would have made this week will now be used to petition for Bankruptcy for my and my wife.
Our court date is not until 9th April and the OR interview will be sometime later.
Will it reflect badly if I spend some of the cash I have in the bank now? I’m talking of about £100, no more. Had the IVA gone ahead, we would have had this money to spend anyway (from overtime at Christmas)

£100 is a small amount, I'm sure it wouldnt be queried, and even if it was Im sure you could think of 'an emergency' sitituation that needed to be sorted

I'd call that essential living expenditure Life is like a game of Snakes & Ladders, i almost made it to the top but now i'm at the bottom again and its a very long ladder to the top. I had it all and now its gone :eek:
