Here is the response I received from Channel Five when I contacted them about the Sunday Extra Show
Thank you for your recent enquiry regarding It Pays To Watch.
We were pleased to read that you appreciate the service that Martin Lewis provides and your kind comments have been noted in our Viewer Enquiries Report.
Unfortunately, we only commissioned three episodes of the Sunday morning ‘Extra’ programme. Nevertheless, your interest in seeing additional episodes has also been noted in the Viewer Enquiries Report. This is circulated throughout the company and will be seen by all relevant personnel.
We cannot give you any audience figures as to do so would contravene the terms of our subscription to BARB (Broadcasters' Audience Research Board).
If there is anything further we can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your interest in Five.
Yours sincerely
Kevin

Hi Martin,
The very best of luck with getting them back as there are obviously many of us out there who love to watch them and get the advice that's given. Fingers crossed.

However I am doing a credit crunch special on GMTV next week0 -
I enjoyed the Sunday show more than the Wednesday one, the second half was a bit more relaxed and easier to follow. Off to e-mail Five now.0

I enjoy the Wednesday programme, but it's far too rushed. Half an hour is not long enough. I think if we ignore the intro, ads and end credits, there's probably something like 23 minutes of air-time, although I haven't verified that.
My wife doesn't understand the "point" of having Ruth Liptrot on the programme.

I totally agree Niemand,
It's far too rushed to be able to take in and if it can't be taped then you've not really got the chance to take in the information which the programme's set to give. It needs so much slowing down or, better still, extra time allowing.
