Hi,
Until you have signed any IPA agreement ( if appropriate ) then your income is for you to spend on your normal household needs. Its anyones guess when you get your interview, depends where you live.

Most people get their OR interview within 2 weeks of the Court Date, so its doubtfull you will get left 4 weeks plus for you to be paid again. After your court date your should realy only be spending what you declared on your SOA + upto £99 surplus i would think untill the OR works out what they want you to pay on an IPA, i dont think they would be too happy if you had say £600 surplus on your I&E and it all disappeared before your interview.Life is like a game of Snakes & Ladders, i almost made it to the top but now i'm at the bottom again and its a very long ladder to the top. I had it all and now its gone
Well my 6 years are now up, now to start to rebuild my life again
