Pointers needed

Hi all,

Got into a bit of a mess, have a few months arrears on a loan and mortgage on the same house due some unruly tennants. i have got rid of the tennants but ideally need to remortgage the property to consolidate the two loans into one (so paying less per month) and rerent the house. obviously most adverse remortgage companies amount to loan sharks was wondering if anyone else had been in a simular situation and dealt with a remortgage package and could point me in the right direction?

Cheers

Carl

recent arrears on a mortgage are going to make it difficult to remortgage. If the property is empty why not just sell up?
