just about to move and have noticed our old mortgage with bm they are charging us £150 vacating fee.
anyone know if this can be claimed back already having to pay them £7000 redemption penalty the robbing gits.

If it's in the T&Cs of your original contract then no you can't.
Not sure why you think them charging you ERCs as per your contract constitues being 'robbing'.0
