Do CCCS send you copy of online debt plan?

Hi,

We did the online CCCS thing and also spoke on the phone, was told to click on 'bankruptcy' button when decided. Have done that and got email confirming my number. Do they send me a copy of info and incomings/outgoings etc as I can't access them online anymore?

Didn't use CCCS "debt remedy" myself, but I can only imagine they would.

Would be very odd if they didn't.

hi jane,

i did the online CCCS pack..when you viewed the remedy there was an option to print the remedy as well as viewing it online...unfortunately i didnt print mine either and forgot to ask on the phone...i would expect if when you ring them you give the reference number, they will have all of your details and can send you a copy of it.

i'm not sure if you need to request it from them after being advised Bankruptcy.

Another longer option is to fill in the form again...a bit boring i know but then print the form before viewing to ensure it doesnt get locked online.

Did you make a note of your reference number that was displayed onscreen, if so you should (i can) be able to go back into your debt remedy plan. You can then change any figures you want to (you may need to change at least one for it to produce a new plan for you), then follow it all the way through to the end to the preparing debt remedy screen where it will give you the choice to have it emailed to you or view it as a pdf online, you can save the pdf to your pc and then you can read it/print it at your convienence.

As far as i know they dont post you a copy because:
a, you dont fillout your address details on the debt remedy report.
b, think of the expense they would incurr if they sent out a report to everyone that did a debt remedy report.

i think jane21 has 'locked' off the plan after clicking on Bankruptcy. my reference number is no longer available after you proceed further. You give your address details etc for data protection and email address when they send you a further reference number.

i think the only way to get remedy again if she didnt print at the time is to re input the data and do it again.

Hi Thanks for all your replies. Yes, I locked it and filled in all my details but forgot to print it, and now no longer have access to it. I think I'll fill it in again as suggested. Cheers

you are welcome jane...i did exactly the same...you'll be amazed how quick it will take the 2nd time to complete as all the figures are in your head..(they were deep down in mine somewhere)

Oh right, i didnt see an option to lock it off when i did mine, i've been into mine 3 times to change figures (update loan & CC balances & amend I&E figures to match my SOA on court forms).

If you click on the bankruptcy option you fill in all your details and get a phone number with another ref no. which you use when you phone the specialists in bankruptcy at CCCS.
