It should have worked!! I have used a few of these with no probs. Were you using any other coupons at the same time? Did the SA definitely press total? Sometimes if they dont press total correctly, nothing will scan at all. You have to politely ask them to press it again!

I had this too the other day, other coupons did scan but one I had through the post for Persil small and mighty wasnt taken. I mean by that that it didnt scan. It was a 99 bar-code so I dont know what went wrong, I dont ever argue, just put it away for another day.

Im relatively knew at this he said "It wasnt ready to use i yet" or some ballony.

Im new to couponing but very interested in couponng to reduce my shoppng basket total. Obviously as a newbie this has knocked me back some.. he was a youngster too ... I obviously hadn't bought any nappied though.
