I have had a company dealing with trying to collect money owed to me but now they want £150 to take the matter to court for me, is this a reasonable price?

How much money is owed to you?
What are your costs to date as I presume these debt collectors don't work for free?
You can do an online money claim if the amount outstanding is under £5k.
Fees start from £30.
Without knowing the full details it is difficult to decide.
If it was me I would consider doing it myself.0
