Angel..how did the viewings go today?? The flat i looked at wasnt nice at all, but booked another on monday and one on tuesday..the monday one is for a nice house, gardens etc for less than my mortgage now...just a bit worried regarding credit checks for tenancy agreement.

I was surprised at the 'move in' condition of this flat, granted only £400 pm but still dont think should have big cracks in walls and damp patches so think i'll give this one a miss.

I need a house as 3 dogs....today saw 3 bed detached £695pm but ctax band G!! ( 230 pm but rent seems reasonable) however next door have ducks ...yes real `quack quack` ducks!!! not sure Dotty could live with that...border collies chase anything that moves!
At this point imagine several ducks being rounded up by one intent border collie!!!

Anyway mine`s a G&T if u are buying.
