Don't be disheartened by this scam debbiedolittle.
I have found that scams are few and far between in comparison to real wins. It's just unfortunate that you received a scam first.
Don't give up the comps and if in doubt there is always nice people on this forum to offer advice.

Basically, the services charges cost as much as a similar complete package holiday, so the value of the prize is nil.
Some people buy timeshares and find they have these silly service charges too. Beware!
