This means that CBK only now guarantee to pay the highest cashback if someone both is aware of higher cashbacks elsewhere and puts in a individual cashback claim.
That's not strictly true. The admin staff created a special form for you to notify them of higher cashback elsewhere: http://www.cashbackkings.com/hcp/check.php
If you read that form (details of which are posted on the CBK forum thread which you quote), you would see it says:Spotted a better cashback deal at another site? Tell us about it by entering the details in the form below and we will:- Tell you if we match like-for-like offers for that competitor via our Highest Cashback Promise
- Review our standard offer for that retailer
The thread was closed as admin didn't have time to continually check and sift through it. The form allows you to submit the information directly to them.0 - Tell you if we match like-for-like offers for that competitor via our Highest Cashback Promise

Hi, just thought I should point out that, with our Highest Cashback Promise, you don't need to wait for rates to change. Just do the transaction via Cashback Kings and when it appears on your statement you just claim the difference using the simple form at http://www.cashbackkings.com/hcp

It's the same thing here unfortunately I know a friend of mine saw higher cashback for essential travel insurance at TCB it was and still is 20% , while here was and still is 15% she successfully managed to get the HCP matched but it wasn't adjusted for everyone else . I guess that's why they prefer their new system so the individual concerned has to find the higher cashback rather than being informed by a fellow member , wrong if you ask me so I think Bristos idea is a good one .
Personally I saw nothing wrong with the old method of CBK members informing the admin via a thread on here and thus they adjusted it for everyone accordingly , but the way CBK do it now means alot of people here won't know they could get a little more for their transactions .0 -

Fine, u are quoting a post from 10th June, which was prior to the HCB form publicised existence
Now the concern is that not everybody will be aware of higher cashbacks available elsewhere and if one person submits a HCB claim the higher rate appears not to be automatically available to everyone wheres a posting in thread quoted below resulted in cashback rate being increased and everybody being aware of the new higher rate available.
CBK highest cashback guarantee promise appears to be now only if a member becomes aware of higher cashback available elsewhere and then only if they submit an individual claim.

Not wishing to appear cheeky, pity u not as quick to reply on your own forum as u are to post here.

Jumping into the middle of this with a question. Has anyone done the Vodaphone £90 cashback. It says you need to sign up and keep the contract for 4 months before the cashback will track, and there is a 30 day notice period for cancellations. By my estimation, with their lowest priced contract at £15 a month, I would be left with £15 of profit at the end. Does it work? Has anyone had it track and payout? It seems like a good deal, but as I'm on PAYG, switching to a contract would be a big outlay if I am going to end up not getting it back. ThanksApril £10 a day challenge £321.85/£300 May £10 a day challenge £136.93/£310 July £20 a day challenge £530.57/£6200

Send in an HCP and once it's confirmed we will "NOW" update the standard offer (unless there is a technical reason we're unable to do so)
Biggest problem we're finding is that most of these increases on other sites are for limited time only... so although everyone is great at telling when there is an increase no one is kind enough to tell us when things go back down againBack to top

Any cashback king members who are planning to switch energy supplier to E-ON will at the time of posting this need to complete a HCB form in order for cashback kings to match quidcos dual fuel switch rate of 55.00. ( CBK are giving 50.00 dual fuel switch cashback at the time of this posting)
Sadly its not just a case of completing a HCB form its also a case of cashback king members needing to be aware of higher cashbacks available elsewhere in order to receive CBK highest cashback guarantee.
Heres another quote from a CBK member. :T
