Thanks for the link will take a look but they should also make sure they respond to things when put through on the online form which is specifically for that purpose!!! At least Quidco do that!

Also when do we get the payment for referrals?? Is it only when the person gets a payout of £5 or when they reach £5 on their statement? Anyone know or received their referral payments??

Id have thought the referral payments are made when two people reach 5.00 in confirmed cashback.

Ive made the point on CBK forum that whilst people have moaned about quidcos "generic" email replies to tracking complaints, CBK dont even send "generic" emails.

Yeah would be good to know that they have noticed that someone has sent something to them!!!!! Even a generic reply is better than nothing!!!!

i'm pretty sure it is when your referrals get to the annual administration fee as one of mine has and when I check my referrals in my account it just shows them as 500+

I had the same problem with Erdoh but then used their search engine, (I just typed nokia), and then clicked a link shown in the results, rather than clicking on a link on the homepage. Now it is showing up

Yeah both of mine say 500+ so I think it must be when the cash is confirmed rather than unconfirmed.

i registered to love film today through cashbackkings and have had me points (well pending) but i have also had my point credited to my pigsback account for love film too. Has this happened to anyone else?
