I think Asda is the cheapest for free range eggs.
I got 18 for just under £3 today.
I think they must be the cheapest supermarket for free range eggs.
I don't think they do any free range chickens though.

Next cheapest I could find was Tesco 12 for £2.45(20p each)."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0

Wow, that puts ASDA way out in front.0

Why are organic so much more?
Are they free range chickens fed on organic feed?0

One of the reasons that organic are so much dearer was explained to me by a market stall holder who sold them, is they cannot give them ground Oyster Shell to help harden the shell, so they break very easily, hence more damage.
I am sure our market is much cheaper that this.

I know you will all have local places where you get great deals.
But I wanted to highlight a national "good deal" that everyone can get.0

ASDA do have free range chickens. They are not next to the normal chickens in my branch. They have a seperate organic meat section which has organic lamb, beef, pork and chicken.0
