Any ideas please, off to see Tutankamun today, have registered for tonights show but as we need to leave home by 11.00am is there anyway of me finding out if I have been successful for tonights draw. Is there any telephone number I can contact.

Is it usually only a couple of hours in advance that they release them? Or can you get them a few days in advance sometimes? Also do they release tickets every Tuesday? Thanks everyone

When I applied (which I think was in the first/second round of these offers - I saw the show at the end of Jan) I got my confirmation email a good 4 days before the show. They also had time to post the tickets to my address which was good as the day I went it was quite a packed house - they were asking people with confirmation emails for ID - my sister was asked but it wasn't a problem as she was using the tickets for herself in any case. I was lucky, I only applied once and they were giving people the opportunity to choose dates with more notice.

I have seen other forum members post that they only got their confirmation emails maybe 2/3 hours before the show was going to start, so it is worth checking up until the latest time you can leave to make the show.

raggamuffin, you can park near the O2 - I think station parking for North Greenwich is about £6 for weekday evenings - as long as nothing is happening in the actual O2 arena - if it is a show day parking becomes a whole lot more complicated.. It's just of the A12, right after you get out of the blackwall tunnell. Not sure which area NW3 is, but if you can park near your local station (if you don't live near it) and then get the tube that might be easier - North Greenwich is on the jubilee line.
