Kedgeree for brunch.
Russian Salad with Tuna this evening.
But more of a coincidence, we tend to have kedgeree at the weekend and I have some tuna and veg that needs using up!:D
I could make it better myself at home. All I need is a small aubergine...
I moved to Liverpool for a better life.
And goodness, it's turned out to be better and busier!0 -

I was going to have chicken but my OH just called and said she has been given a big bag of mussles at work. Not quite a fish. She has shellfish allergy so they will all be mine.
EDIT: She has just got back with them. About 3 of those sacks worth. I am going to look like a mussle.0 -

Although we are not particularly religious we always had fish on good Friday. Now my husband has become an atheist:rolleyes: he says we don't need to have it ,but too late I bought the fish and we are having smoked haddock chowder. One of his favourite meals anyway.
Have a good Easter everyone.0 -
Mmmm I love smoked haddock chowder. Unfortunately no one else does
we'll be having stir fried prawns with noodles. Tend to have fish and chips on a friday as it's easy to keep fish in the freezer and then make chips (well wedges!)

We all love fish here...can never understand why it was considered a penance to have it for 'fast' days, we have fish for dinner at least twice a week.
Bongedone, hope that you survive all those mussels...we will be having mussels with spaghetti as a starter and then mackerel and sea-bass with spring greens and oyster sauce and home made wedges afterwards.
Enjoy your dinner everyone
