Hello,
As some of you will be aware, there seem to be quite a few banks withdrawing self cert and other products.
Im an existing UCB homeloan customer. My 2 year deal came to an end 3 weeks ago and i discussed a new product with them.
3 year loyalty tracker. With a £499.00 fee.
Ive signed the documents and sent them back, but i didnt enclose the cheque for the fee. I thought they were going to ring me to get it.
They did call, but unfortunately i was abroad and my wife had to take the call instead.
I arrived back this morning and they have sent me a letter to ask for payment, but due to it being Easter, i cant call them.
After looking on there website, i have found they have withdrawn, quite a few products.
But what i need to know is, wil the product they have already offered me and i have signed for be effected? As i still need to speak to them for pay the £499.00 fee.
I cant find the loyalty 3 year tracker on there product page.
Thank you in advance.

Just because I'm paranoid, doesn't mean Easyjet aren't out to get me
