Credit Expert

Anyone else having problems logging in to this?

I've tried all week and keep getting that there is a temporary problem.

I use it quite a lot to make sure that there aren't any surprises, keep an eye on accounts and balances and keep track of when my 'old' debt will disappear - Roll on Novemebr 08 :j

Just wondering if anyone else was having problems before i call them.

I can enter my details etc but it's not letting me view my report

 I think this is quite a common problem with Credit Expert. I get email telling me there's an 'alert' meaning that something on my report has changed. When I check the account it gets me as far as telling me there is an alert, lets me log in and then tells me there's an error and to try again later.
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
  • yeh i got an alert too but i think it was the search by co-op for car insurance.

I have had errors in the past but i was a bit concerned as it's been a week now.

I think i'll call them after lunch

I had this problem last year. When you ring up they can see that you've tried to access the report or log in several times.

They reset it their end and refunded me those months when I couldn't access the report.

    Ring them UP

Well i thought i'd give it one last go before calling them and surprise surprise it let me in.

The alert was to do with my insurance quote but when i was on I noticed that there is a search from A&L for a savings account saying that they have done an 'anti money laundering check'....

better put those thousands somewhere else, now where would i start :rotfl:
