My NR fixed rate is up for renewal in May, what would people recommend I do? There aren't many deals around that are worth tieing into for two long although do people think it is gonna get much worse before it gets better?
If I was looking for a 2 years fixed rate Mort. where would be a good choice?
thanks for your advice

well as you can see from my new post we're having terrible problems with NR at the mo so i'm really not their biggest fan, I'd seriously consider speaking to an IFA and looking elsewhere - when I spoke to mine today, he said woolwich/barclays are doing good deals esp if you have a current banking account with them, also some of our friends have just come to the end of thier 2yr NR deal and have found direct line cheaper, at first they were approved for nationwide but got drowned in paperwork and DL turned out to be cheaper. good luck!0

The IFA is unlikely to return advice on DL. Depending on LTV and other things, there may be better for you.
