I would complain - they might send you free vouchers again!
I had a message saying i needed to e.mail my name and number and then it was first come, first served for the allocation of tickets.
The tickets were for this weekend anyway and as the weather is so cold and horrible the other winners are welcome to them!

Was it for this same comp that you are talking about? If so I guess thats why they needed my details ASAP. The email I received didn't actually mention when the tickets were for, so I just assume they were valid for the rest of the year. I wouldn't have been able to make it anyway if this is the case. I don't think I will bother complaining then, as it is understandable.
(Think I'll still add the prize to my total though-I need all the help I can get!)

UPDATE: I got a phone call today about the Thorpe Park tickets, I HAVE now won them.:j :j

Apologies for bumping up an old thread, but I really wanted to say a big thank you to df03 :A

She very kindly gave me her Thorpe Park prize (and nagged the promoters for me to ensure the tickets were there!!). I went with my sister on Saturday and we had a fantastic time - despite the long queues we managed to get on all the big rollercoasters (we screamed, a lot) and got very wet on the log flume - but luckily the sun shone for us!
