Mortgage Offer received - How long for completion?

We have today finally received our mortgage offer today from Halifax. We have already received, signed and returned the mortgage dead from the conveyanvcer (over a month ago).
We are remortgaging our shared ownership property, so legal side was a little more complex than usual.
How long can I expect for a.) the mortgage to be completed and b.) our extra money for debt consolidation to be received? What is the average timescales?

just tok up mortgage with halifax and it took about 5 days once application was done. and offer came through within 2 days of valuation being done so they are really quick.0

Shared ownership legals are a little longer but I would call and ask your solicitor.
