if that happened, then you would have your second interview whenever you returned to the UK.

I doubt they would have the resources to hunt you down abroad but you need to take advice. Chat to one of the debt charities. They honestly won't judge and will talk you through what is happening.

Unlikely that anyone would come looking for you.

However if you stop cooperating with the OR then at the very least your discharge from the bankruptcy will be suspended until you do cooperate. Even abroad that may cause you problems.

A second interview is a pain, but it's not normally anything to worry about. Certainly not worth you avoiding at the cost of being permanently bankrupt until you get it sorted.

If you can tell us why you are worried about the second interview then we might be able to help. The worst that could happen because of it is getting a BRU/O and that's not really anything to be that scared of.

they want me to explain certain transactions on my bank account, these are monies transferred overseas to help my husbands situation(loan sharks). These were loans that i got to help him. My parents also helped and transferred money to my account which i then sent to my husband. credit card expenditiures - mainly when my husband was in UK but not able to work due to visa restrictions, domestic expenditiures etc,, i just feel that they think i have done something wrong as i was told last month that no further action would be taken and reports would go to creditors (which they have), this has made me a bag of nerves, cant eat or relax as always anxious..

I can understand that you are anxious, and they may well ask you some questions that are a little uncomfortable, but you really should just go ahead with the interview.

In all honesty I don't think that there is anything they could do/say that is worse than all the worry you are putting yourself through. It's likely that they just need to clarify the situation.

I know it's difficult, but it's in your best interests to face it and it's not likely to be anywhere near as bad as you fear.
