I have, further to my last post, been looking through the website of the 'company' concerned.
My first impression is not good - Any 'company' that claims to be able to write off up to 90% of your debts, smacks of being an 'IVA factory' and their claim is totally misleading.
If you really want advice about this 'company' generic, my first instinct would suggest that you do not touch them with a ten foot bargepole before, as others have already suggested, you have spoken with one of the Debt Counselling Charities.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
