Hi, I need 18,980 for a property purchase, which is the most economical way for me to aquire this sort of amount? I have been offered a ten year mortgage through the Halifax, 6.04% 3yr fixed rate, no setup fee, I can overpay this each month by up to 180 i was told. I am self employed, halifax offered me up to 35,000 on my earnings. I am 49.
