Tesco Clubcard Points - Xmas Savings and Deals?

Okay.

Currently I have my clubcard points collated together and I will get my club card vouchers in my November statement once a year for xmas.

You can also "add" money to your clubcard "account" to get back at xmas.

My question is this. When I add money to the account, and I get the money back at xmas in voucher form, can I turn these into deals?????????
It will make it a really great savings account if you can? :j

And it may well save me buying roast beef............................ :rotfl:

Or have I misunerdstood the scheme?
I actually want to spend my vouchers/deals on a DLP holiday and dont know if I can do this with the xmas savings sceme I've joined. The vouchers I'll get at xmas - are they going to be normal vouchers I can turn into deals?

From the information leaflet:

Where can I redeem my cash savings?
Cash savings, which appear in your November statement as Savings Vouchers, can only be redeemed in-store. They cannot be redeemed as Club Deals.

You can turn the Clubcard vouchers that you will receive into deals as normal though.

You can get bonus coupons as well depending on the amount of cash you add. The bonus coupons have to be used in store and can't be transferred into deals either.

If you add between £49 - 96.99 you get £1 Bonus Voucher
£97 - £143.99 you get £3
£144 - £360 you get £6

To join the Christmas savings scheme you can pick up a leaflet from the Customer Services desk and get the coupon inside it scanned with your clubcard.

Just managed to get hold of someone at clubcard (I'm sure they only have one girl working there!)

Ah well. Thought it was to good to be true.....
