HI just wondering if anyone had experience of this compnay. We've been looking to remortgage, with extra to pay off a secured loan and convert the loft, and due to ill health we missed a couple of martgage payments last year, however we're back to making usual payments. Due to this we've had trouble finding a remortgage but this company have offered a remortgage plus the extra were after. for the first year, due to our credit rating the interest rate is 9.34 which I know is high but o be expected, if we make the payments for a year it will drop to 6.4. Even with the high interest rate the payments we'll be making are less than what we pay on the mortgage and loan now. At the moment this is looking like a really good option but just wondering if the company is ok. Thanks

We have had a loan with them for about 18 Months. The interest rate has risen a couple of times, but as it is LIBOR linked that is not really surprising. We have made all payments, their customer service has been good, so no problems.

thanks for that, I'm just very cyniacal, after having a really hard few years things seem to be sorting themselves out but i'm wary
