Hi, can't say about that one specifically although we did see it when looking for a telly at the weekend. In the end we went for the slightly smaller phillips 26" at £399 at John Lewis but that comes with a 5 year guarantee.

Our view was that it was worth getting a smaller screen to go for a brand that we knew with a decent guarantee, besides 26" is big enough :)
Space for rent, apply within - Free trial on Thanks button though

our inlaws bought one of the smaller versions for their bedroom, complicated story but after a year they gave it to us. Its ok for what we use it for but not a patch on the samsung we have in the living room. Dont think I could get away with a bigger one as the main TV due to sound and picture quality. others may disagree though.

Doesnt look all that bad specs but Ebuyer do one at £299 with better specs.
Except the contrast ratio is lower

If you can afford it spend about £50 more and get a better tv,like this one from Play.com, well worth it and its a well known make -Toshiba (far, far better specs.)

Thanks for your advice - am now unsure whether to go for the lovely Toshiba or the 26" Philips with free 5 yr guarantee - could manage with a 26" if a better deal - will def forget the Acoustic Solutions!
anymore sugestions for a 26 or 32 with freeview?
    thanks again CHI
